These Terms govern your use of the RuleFlow website and software ("RuleFlow"), operated by Dudiver (Roberth Dudiver) ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using RuleFlow you agree to these Terms.
The evaluation build is provided free of charge for testing, evaluation and development only (non-production, non-commercial). Production or commercial use requires a separate paid commercial license. See the LICENSE distributed with the software.
You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense the software, reverse engineer it (except where the law allows), remove notices, or use it to build a competing product. Plugins you write and the data you process are yours.
RuleFlow is self-hosted: you run it on your own infrastructure and are responsible for its operation, security, backups and for the data you process with it.
The software and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from the use of RuleFlow.
We may update these Terms; the current version is always published on this page.

Estos Términos regulan el uso del sitio web y del software RuleFlow ("RuleFlow"), operado por Dudiver (Roberth Dudiver) ("nosotros"). Al descargar, instalar o usar RuleFlow aceptás estos Términos.
La build de evaluación se entrega sin cargo solo para pruebas, evaluación y desarrollo (no producción, no comercial). El uso en producción o comercial requiere una licencia paga por separado. Ver el archivo LICENSE distribuido con el software.
No podés redistribuir, revender ni sublicenciar el software, hacerle ingeniería inversa (salvo lo que permita la ley), quitar avisos, ni usarlo para crear un producto competidor. Los plugins que escribís y los datos que procesás son tuyos.
RuleFlow es autohospedado: lo corrés en tu propia infraestructura y sos responsable de su operación, seguridad, backups y de los datos que procesás con él.
El software y el sitio se proveen "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluidas comerciabilidad, aptitud para un fin particular y no infracción.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, ni por pérdida de datos o ganancias, derivados del uso de RuleFlow.
